Extract the file to your Windows Desktop and double click it to install the patch.


Bugs fixed:

a) Various crashes in Single-/Multiplayer Modes

b) Save and Load error:
Game settings can now be saved and loaded without any problems. Also, Winter textures will now be loaded from a saved game if it was winter when the game was saved.

Note:
For technical reasons, previously saved games will no longer be able to be used. Player names and campaign progression however will remain the same. Thus, only game saves in the middle of a mission will be lost.

To avoid any confusion please delete all “.asg” files in the Highland Warriors directory.

c) Campaign progression:
You will now be able to progress to the next mission after successfully completing one. For some users this was a problem.

d) Intro:
The intro will now be played at every start of the game, but can be skipped using the Esc key. D This will also resolve the application switch bug )when the game loads in the background of Windows).

e) Minimap:
The Minimap has been updated. Faster refresh rates, and destroyed opponents now disappear immediately from the minimap.

f) Various animations- and graphic errors updated (distorted/wrong display of smoke from houses).

g) Multiplayer:
Different language versions are compatible now to each other.


Features added or updated:

a) For the game mode "Open Game", a save function has been implemented.

b) For the multiplayer mode, statistics have been implemented.

c) Seasons indicators have been implemented.

d) Water texture has been enhanced.
