5 new multiplayer characters and 4 new multiplayer maps now available for free to PC and Xbox 360 gamers.

Today 2K announced new downloadable content for Xbox 360 and PC versions of its first person shooter Prey. Among the content are 5 new multiplayer characters and 4 new multiplayer maps which are available for free on Xbox Live Marketplace and via the v1.2 PC patch.

Highlights include:

Five new multiplayer characters/skins: Becky, Elhuit, Hunter, Elite Hunter, and Jen
Four new multiplayer maps: Gravity Labs, Space Oddity, Topillogical, and Tunnel Rat
