Eurogamer recently sat down with BioWare's senior PR manager, Matt Atwood, for a discussion about the long-awaited role-playing game, Dragon Age, which Atwood insists will launch before April 2009.
Atwood goes on to confirm that although the game, which has been described as spiritual successor to Baldur's Gate, hasn't been on show a great deal since it was announced in 2004, it has been in development the entire time.
"When you make a statement like 'this is the RPG that people have been waiting for', then you better back it up and you better spend a hell of a lot of time on it," he said.
Atwood finished up by noting that although the game is being developed for the PC, BioWare has yet to confirm whether it will remain exclusive indefinitely, or not.
