Lost Planet: Colonies is an upcoming 'gold edition' of Lost Planet: Extreme Edition for PCs and the Xbox 360. It is currently slated for launch in Europe and the States on June 6 and May 27 respectively.

As well as new multiplayer maps and modes, four new single-player modes will be introduced in Colonies, specifically a first-person shooter mode, a Score Attack mode, an Off-Limit mode, and a Time trial mode.

Capcom today released a fresh batch of high-res screenshots featuring a selection of new characters, monsters and arenas that will appear in the final game. You can check them out using the thumbnails above this post.
